If you had a personal Zoom account affiliated with your Northwestern email address, you will be prompted to switch that account to Northwestern's site licensed Zoom account. You have the option to switch your account to the Northwestern Zoom environment or continue to use your own. Support for non-Northwestern Zoom issues should contact Zoom Support directly.
If you wish to switch back your account to a personal Zoom account, please reach out to consultant@northwestern.edu.
Any questions regarding this switch should be assigned to NUIT-MediaDesign-Zoom-Tier3. When you log in at https://northwestern.zoom.us, you will see a notice that says:
After accepting the account change, you'll receive an email from Zoom like the one below:
After clicking the Switch to the new account button, you'll see the message below in your browser:
