User attempting to upload a PDF to myHR (e.g., Tuition Benefits or Additional Pay) sees the Oracle Login screen and cannot upload the document.
Follow these troubleshooting steps prior to escalating:
- Ask the user login to https://myhr.northwestern.edu
- Click on the three dot (Action list) in the upper right of myHR.
- Click on My Preferences.
- Under General Settings > General Options > Accessibility Layout, change the drop-down to "Screen reader mode off."
- Click the Save button on the top right side of the page.
- Click OK in the "Your Personalizations have been saved."Pop-up
- Logout and close your browser window.
- Login to https://myhr.northwestern.edu
