This guide describes how to create and manage non-catalog (non-iBuyNU) Fluid Requisition favorites for special requests or frequently ordered items. Favorites can be designated after they have been added to a non-catalog requisition.
Creating Favorites
- Favorites can be added from the Requisition Checkout page when creating a non-catalog requisition.
- Select the items to designate as favorites by selecting the check box at the front of the line item.
- From the Actions drop-down menu, click Add to Favorites.
- You will receive a confirmation message, click Done.
Using Favorites
Favorites are listed in the Favorites section in Create Requisition when creating a Fluid non-catalog requisition.
- Select Favorites from the menu.
- Select the favorite item that you would like to add by selecting the check box at the front of the line item.
- Enter the Quantity.
- Click Add.
Note: You may need to adjust the price by clicking on the item description link and modifying price in the requisition.
You will see a message: Item added to cart.
Deleting and Modifying Favorites
- Favorites cannot be modified.
- You can add or delete items.
- To delete Favorite, select the item(s) delete as favorites by selecting the check box at the front of the line item.
- Click Delete Selected.
- A pop-message will appear asking if you want to delete the selected line(s), click Yes.
