Present wireless​​​ from anywhere in the room.

• Open the Zoom app on your laptop.
• Press Share Screen

Present with laptop cable from the podium

• Connect the cable with the appropriate adapter to your laptop. 
• If necessary, configure your laptop to your preferred setting for mirror or extended display
• Mac OS Mirror or Extend Display Info 
• Windows OS Mirror or Extend Display Info

Play audio when using the laptop cable on a Mac

• You may need to change the audio setting on your Mac for sound to play in the room.
• In Annenberg 303 the correct Output device is named Crestron
• Sound Output configure info for Mac OS

Host a Zoom Meeting

• Click the Join button on the Zoom Control Pad on the room podium.
• This will connect the room cameras, microphones, and speakers to the Zoom meeting.
• There is no need to connect to the Zoom meeting on your laptop.
• Presenting from a laptop via either method detailed above will share the laptop content into the Zoom meeting.

• There is no need to connect to the Zoom meeting on your laptop.
• Presenting from a laptop via either method detailed above will share the laptop content into the Zoom meeting.

Start the Recording

• Click the Record button on the Zoom Control Pad on the room podium.
• After the recording has been stopped or the Zoom meeting ended, the recording will be available in the meeting owner's Zoom account.
