Select a printer queue based on your role or print need.

Staff Affiliation

If you are submitting a print job based on your paid University position, use one of the following print queues:

From Your Device:

Printing costs for staff are paid by their school or department through the costs of the lease and the actual pages printed monthly. 

Two-sided, black and white printing (BW-Duplex) is strongly encouraged.

You will not be able to change from Duplex to Simplex or Black and White to Color at the device.

Student Affiliation

If you are submitting a print job based on your academic enrollment, you must select one of the student-designated print queues.

NOTE: You may be required to pay for print in Cat Cash or be eligible for a print quota provided by your program. For more information about student printing and viewing available balances, see Student Printing in Northwestern Print.
