On supported devices, biometric authentication methods such as TouchID (macOS) or Windows Hello (Windows) can be used as a second factor.

1. Open a “Incognito” or “Private” browser tab and access an application that requires Duo authentication (i.e. MyHR, M365, Ceasar, Canvas, etc…).
2. Authenticate with your username and password.
3. DO NOT complete the Duo authentication for the application.
4. Click the “Other options” link on the bottom of the Duo prompt. 
   
5. Click the “Manage devices” card on the Duo prompt.
   

6. Verify your identity with an available Duo method.
7. Choose one of the available options based on your OS.
   1. If you are looking to add a Yubikey to your account, choose “Security Key”
