No Expense Report Supervisor and/or Backups Available

The employee has no expense supervisor available to select due to the reasons outlined below. Please reach out to myHR or your designated school/department administrator to assign a new expense supervisor and/or expense supervisor backups for this employee.

  • Supervisor is on leave
  • Supervisor’s position number changed, so current Reports To position is vacant
  • Supervisor is no longer at the University

If this Expense Report (ER) needs to be submitted right away, attach a copy of the report signed by the employee’s supervisor before submitting the ER. 

NOTE:  The option to attach a signed copy of the ER will no longer be available starting October 1st when the Expense Supervisor becomes a required field.  Please make sure all the faculty, staff, and students in your department have supervisors and backups set up in myHR before they enter an ER or one is created on their behalf.
