Microsoft Edge integrates directly with Entra ID. Because of this, clearing browser cache alone may not fully reset authentication. If you are redirected to a ForgeRock page when accessing myHR Learn in Microsoft Edge, follow the steps below in the order listed.
Step 1. Sign out of your Microsoft session
Before making any browser changes, visit the following link to sign out of your Microsoft authentication session:
https://login.microsoftonline.com/common/oauth2/logout
Once signed out, close that browser tab and all other tabs.
Step 2. Remove the Microsoft Edge profile (required)
1. Open Microsoft Edge
2. Click the profile icon in the top-right corner
