This article is for someone who has an Adobe Creative Cloud (CC) entitlement from Northwestern University and is using a Federated identity type account. Note that Federated accounts redirect you to a single sign-on interface which is illustrated below.
Logging in with a Federated account:
- Go to adobe.com
- Click the sign in button on the top right.
- Enter your primary Northwestern email address.
- Select "Company or School" account if prompted.
- Enter your netid and password.
- You should be brought to the landing page where you can view all available CC apps.
- If you have trouble logging in, open a new browser window in private mode or incognito and try the steps again. If this doesn’t work contact your local IT support team.
