Request decommission of a managed or hosted virtual server. This will delete the server from the virtual environment, including all monitoring, firewall rules, DNS & related CNAME, and/or A records.
A server cannot be restored after it is decommissioned. Please backup all data before requesting this service.
This service is not available for NUCloud or physical servers. If you need a physical server to be decommissioned, please submit a request for Data Center Services.
