SharePoint: How to restore a deleted document

Documents are permanently deleted after 90 days. If you accidentally deleted a document, and it has been less than 90 days, follow these steps to restore the document.

 

Step 1: Select the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner. Select site contents.

 

Step 2: Select the recycle bin.

 

Step 3: Select the document. Select Restore.
