Northwestern Print: Reprinting a Failed Student Print Job

Failed print job at the University Libraries

Northwestern students pay for their personal printing in Northwestern Print.  Print jobs occasionally fail or do not come out correctly. If you are at the University Library when your job fails, you can send the print job again and request the job be released for free. This is done at the University Library Information Commons desk. You will not be charged for the second job; library staff will release the job for free.

Students may also request a refund for a failed print job. For more information, please visit KB article Requesting a Refund for student printing.
