NUFinancials User Profile is Locked

You are not able to log in to NUFinancials because your NUFinancials security access has been locked

This could be due to several reasons:

  • Departmental transfers
  • Appointment renewals
  • Opting out of certifying and approving expense reports

Financial Operations IT requires that your department's Business Administrator send an email to foitsecurity@northwestern.edu in order to reactivate any user that has been locked out of NUFinancials.  The email must contain user's full name, NetID, and Employee ID number.  Once your request is processed, you can try logging in again by next business day.
