NUFinancials User Profile is Locked

You are not able to log in to NUFinancials because your user profile is Locked. 

NUFinancials User Profile can be locked due to several reasons:

  • User is no longer at Northwestern or left the University at one point
  • User is on leave
  • User opted out of certifying and approving expense reports

In order to unlock your NUFinancials user profile, you or someone from your department needs to email a request to Financial Operations IT Security at foitsecurity@northwestern.edu.  Once your request is processed, you can try logging in again by next business day.
