Provides a listing of forms in a dashboard.

  • Displays Form Type, Status, and Last Updated At Dates
  • Some form actions are viewed, revised, or withdrawn

Action Items

Displays items that require the attention of the program administrator.

  • TGS forms and/or custom forms pending approval
  • Notifications on invites pending approval
