Urgent assistance or emergency AV support in registrar-owned Classrooms is available by calling 847-467-7666 (7-ROOM from the classroom telephone).
Please leave a message with your contact information, the location of your request and a brief description of your issue if someone does not immediately answer the phone, as we monitor voicemails while in the field.

- Monday - Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
- Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Summer Session Hours:
- Monday - Thursday: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Hours During Quarter Breaks:
- Hours of operation vary. Please call (847) 467-7666 (7-ROOM) for available appointments.
Departmentally-owned AV spaces
Some departments also contract with us for varying levels of AV services. Contact is the same as above.
