How to Request Service

Each of the below groups maintains its own area, or brand, with Qualtrics. If you have an account with one of these schools or departments at Northwestern, please refer to the Knowledge Base for direct links to log in to your existing account.

If you do not have an account with one of these groups, or if you want to have a separate account in the central Northwestern brand, you can log into the central Northwestern brand at https://northwestern.qualtrics.com. An account is automatically provisioned for you upon successful login.
You can have an account in both the central brand as well as one of the above schools or units. If you would like to move all of your data between brands, please email consultant@northwestern.edu for help.

Accessibility
Northwestern is committed to purchasing and promoting software that is equally accessible for all users, including those with disabilities. Overall, Qualtrics software is mostly compliant with web accessibility standards for persons with disabilities, and meets required standards for digital accessibility. However, it is possible for end users to design surveys that include questions that make it harder for certain persons (particularly those utilizing third-party screen readers like JAWS) to access and/or complete the survey. Qualtrics has a feature (“Check Survey Accessibility”) that can help end users ensure that surveys they create are accessible and compliant with Northwestern's WCAG 2.x AA standard.
