PerfectForms provides a SAAS platform for creating online forms and approval workflows. Because of its simple interface, a developer is not required for designing or implementing a workflow. It is recommended when the form and workflow do not require complex integrations or document management. (See OnBase for those types of workflows.)
Licenses are only required for the author and admin of a form; those who fill out the forms do not require a license.
