Password Assistance

You can change your password by following the instructions below:

  1. Visit NUValidate at https://nuvalidate.northwestern.edu
  2. Enter your NetID and NetID password, then click Login
  3. Follow the password change prompts and click Change Password

If you have forgotten your password and have previously set up security questions, follow the instructions below:

  1. Visit NUValidate at www.northwestern.edu/login
  2. Enter your NetID, leave the password blank, and click Forgot Password?
  3. Answer two of your security questions
  4. Follow the password change prompts and click Submit
