Microsoft Visio is a diagramming tool included in the suite of Microsoft 365 applications and add-ins. It allows users to create a wide range of visuals, from simple flowcharts to complex network diagrams. Visio integrates seamlessly with Microsoft Project, enabling users to import Project data and automatically generate timeline diagrams for schedule and milestone tracking. Visio can also be used alongside Microsoft Planner by exporting Planner data to Excel and importing it into Visio to build process maps or workflow diagrams. While Visio does not directly integrate with Planner, this method provides a straightforward way to create clear, visual representations of Planner tasks.
