LDAP Database Items

The LDAP Registry is the central database for application access to authentication and authorization services. The data items in the Registry are assembled from authoritative sources, including: Human Resources, Student Records, and the user.

The LDAP White Pages is the central service for applications to find basic information about people within the University community.

The links below provide detailed lists of the data items and constraints that apply to them for both the Registry and White Pages. Access to the LDAP Registry is controlled through administrative processes. Access to the White Pages is open to applications within the network, subject to policy.
