Anonymous Upload Portal

For Northwestern purposes, the anonymous upload portal is built on Microsoft Power Pages that offers a low code solution configured to integrate with SharePoint Online via a simple embedded form- from an externally accessible webpage.  The upload portal provides a link to give to 'anyone' (recipients do not need to authenticate).   This link will direct the user to a webpage that will allow users to upload files.  This is NOT a sharing link.  Users will not see the file(s) they upload or the files uploaded by anyone else.

NOTE: current maximum upload file size must be below 125MB.

How it works

Users submit documents for upload by filling out a simple form in a URL that is provided.

  1. Submitted files will be uploaded to a unique SharePoint document library for storage.
  2. Uploaders do not have access to the file repository.
  3. The owner of the document library can review and manage files as needed.
