Northwestern Print: Mobility Print on Windows: Enable Advanced Print Functionality of Hole Punch and Stapling

Overview

The default generic PostScript print driver that Mobility Print installs provides limited functionality. To access features like hole punch, stapling, and other device-specific options, install the Ricoh Universal PostScript driver and configure the Mobility Print queues accordingly.

Before proceeding, ensure Mobility Print is installed. Please follow the directions in this knowledge base article on how to install Mobility Print.

Notes

  • Some driver options may not be supported by your specific printer model. Unsupported features (e.g., stapling or hole punch) will be ignored during printing.
  • Selecting unavailable paper trays or sizes may prevent printing.
