The Automated Telephone Directory is a voice recognition system that answers the main numbers for the University (847-491-3741 and 312-503-8649). It will look up phone numbers for individuals (faculty/staff only, not students) and University departments and transfer callers to those numbers. The service is synchronized on a daily basis with information from the central University directory.
Costs to use this service are built into the Northwestern converged communications fee.
