Once you receive the system notification including the ticket number, you may update your request by responding to the email or thru the Service Management Portal.
- Navigate to the Service Management Portal -> Home -> Quick Actions -> View Your Tickets
- Locate/Preview your request by clicking on the 'Title"
- Click on the 'Comment' command button; the responsible resource will be automatically notified
However, dependent on the specifics of the CONDUITS Online Request, if the update is not received in a timely manner the work may have already been scheduled/completed.
