Northwestern provides central database hosting and management for a variety of database technologies. This includes the databases used underneath the central enterprise platforms as well as individual databases used as part of an application stack.

Database Administration

The Database Administration service offering can be requested by IT Staff who use Northwestern’s virtual server service. Depending on the scope of the work, the database team can install database software and set up basic maintenance jobs.
