To install the Northwestern Print faculty/staff print queues, please follow these instructions to sign into the PaperCut Print Deploy Client on your Windows computer.
Note: Each user account on a computer must sign into Print Deploy to install the faculty/staff print queues.
- Open the PaperCut Print Deploy Client
- In the Notification Area (system tray) at the bottom-right of your display, select the chevron (^) icon to reveal hidden icons.

- Select the green printer icon that represents the PaperCut Deploy Client.

- Select View my printers.

- In the PaperCut Print Deploy Client window, select Sign in with Microsoft. This will open a new window in your default web browser.


- In the Microsoft SSO sign in page, enter your Northwestern email address and select Next.

- In the Northwestern Online Passport page, enter your Northwestern NetID and NetID password, then select Sign in.

- If prompted, select Accept to allow necessary permissions for PaperCut Print Deploy to sign in as you for printing.

- If prompted to stay signed in, select Don’t show this again and then select Yes.

- After receiving the All signed in and ready to print! message, close the browser tab.

- If you see all the printers you need, close the PaperCut Print Deploy Client window. Otherwise, select Add printers to install any additional optional print queues you have access to.
