How To Get Technology Support at SESP
In Class Tech Support
- Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
- For immediate tech support during the day please request help via the Dean’s Office. To request help by phone please call 847-491-8193. To request help in person, please send someone to the Dean’s Office (Annenberg Room 254).
- Monday – Friday 5:00 pm – 10:00 pm
- For immediate tech support during the evening please request help via the Northwestern IT AV support group. Immediate help is available by phone, dial 7-ROOM from a campus phone or 847- 467-7666.
- For courses with an assigned TA, the TA has primary responsibility for in-class tech support. The SESP Tech team and Northwestern IT AV team are available to provide additional assistance when the TA is unable to resolve an issue.

SESP Technology team member’s work schedule follows Northwestern’s regular business hours. SESP Technology team members provide support to faculty, staff, and students outside of business hours on a “best-effort” basis.
