Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a cloud-based digital marketing automation system that Alumni Relations and Development (ARD), and their campus partners, use to send out broadcast email communications to their constituents.
Reporting and Analytics uses CATracks to provide reports on the data it holds, to build self-service reports for staff, and to execute analytics projects.
Blackthorn Events is a Salesforce-native app that Northwestern has configured to work within our implementation of Kindsight’s ascend product. This tool helps manage event registration and reporting by collecting event RSVPs through an online form integrated directly into our CRM. Functionality supports both in-person and online events that require various degrees of complexity.
CATracks, the Constituent and Affinity Tracking System, is Northwestern's web-based system of record for alumni information. Its modules support school and central Alumni Relations and Development staff in prospect management, gift development, committee and volunteer management, alumni and donor relations, and alumni event tracking.
